Have a large community, such as a parish, school staff, or other community for which you would like to offer a retreat? Let me walk with you from start to finish in order to create an atmosphere of encounter for your participants. I’m not an event planner, but come in with years of experience in retreat planning to consult with your staff and/or volunteer team to make your event special.

The process could include any of the following, based on your needs:

• Initial Consultation to Gather Information

• Initial Planning Meeting with Retreat Coordinators, to Include:

  • Setting a Timeline and Workflow Process for the Event

  • Analyzing Resources Needed and Creating a Plan for Fulfillment

  • Marketing Plan

• Volunteer Development and Formation Zoom Meetings (approx. 3 one hour meetings)

• Retreat Outline Provided, Five Talks Delivered, and Retreat Journal Template Created

Typical retreat timeframe is Friday night through Sunday morning, but can be adjusted or modified depending on needs. I specialize in Youth Retreats and Women’s Retreat Experiences, but I am open to other communities, if it is a right fit.

Price determined by scope of project. During a free consultation, we will determine needs and set a price accordingly.

Individual custom talks considered. Just want me to come in as a speaker at an event you already have planned? Contact me to see what is possible. This would be a great choice if you already have a retreat theme, or are looking for multiple speakers for a specific event. Individual talks (45min-90 min).
